AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

Authorization and Agreement

Upon completion of The Vault Affiliate Agreement (“Affiliate Agreement”), you seek official approval to represent yourself as an Affiliate of The Vault and establish a binding relationship with The Vault. This Agreement lays out specific expectations and boundaries for all The Vault Affiliates.

Objective

The Vault Affiliate Program's goal is to empower individuals to market exceptional products and introduce further Affiliates to The Vault experience. In reciprocation for successful promotions and directing others towards The Vault, we offer remunerations based on the Referral Plan's specifications.

Becoming an Affiliate of The Vault

To join as an Affiliate of The Vault, aspirants must:

Be of legal age in their place of residence (The Vault doesn't accommodate affiliates under 18);

Properly complete and submit the electronic Affiliate Agreement to The Vault.

Terms Modification

Recognizing that laws and business climates evolve, The Vault retains the prerogative to adjust the Agreement and Referral Plan. Changes will be communicated through official The Vault channels, taking effect 30 days after announcement via:

The Vault's official website;
Email communication;
Other formal The Vault communication outlets.

Duration and Conclusion

This Agreement's duration commences upon approval and can be terminated by either The Vault or the Affiliate with a month's notice. In case of significant Agreement breaches, The Vault holds the right to conclude the Agreement instantly. Upon dissolution, all rights related to commissions or other incentives from sales are relinquished. The Vault can also end all Affiliate Agreements with a month's notice if deciding to: 1) halt business operations; 2) wind up as a business entity; or 3) stop its product distribution through Affiliate routes. No Agreement termination absolves either side from prior liabilities or breaches.

Independent Affiliation Status

The Vault Affiliates operate independently, not as business opportunity buyers. Success hinges on individual diligence. The relationship between The Vault and its Affiliates does not resemble an employment bond, agency, partnership, or joint venture. Every Affiliate must handle their taxes arising from their earnings as a The Vault Affiliate. They cannot officially represent or commit on behalf of The Vault.

As independent entrepreneurs, Affiliates dictate their work schedules and hours, selling The Vault products at their discretion. Earnings exceeding $600 annually will be reflected in IRS Form 1099-MISC, with tax reporting being the Affiliate's responsibility.

Product Promotion

Affiliates must stick to the product or service representations and claims present in official The Vault documents.

Income Declaration Policy

The Vault maintains an income disclosure for utmost transparency. This declaration provides a clear understanding of potential earnings for Affiliates. It's imperative to present this to potential Affiliates. Copies are accessible at the official website: https://thevault.gg/income/.

The Vault Referral Guidelines

Affiliates should follow the The Vault Referral Plan as presented in the official materials. They shouldn't persuade or instruct others to deviate from the established program or make unauthorized purchases/payments. The Vault might defer commission payments until they exceed $20. Affiliates should review monthly statements and report inconsistencies within a month. Post this period, recalculations won't be entertained. For clarity on commissions, inspect the Company's Referral Plan and Affiliate Tracking System.

Queries or Mistakes

For issues regarding payments or any discrepancies, contact The Vault in writing within 30 days. We won't address concerns not reported within this period.

Product Sales

The Vault's Referral Plan emphasizes genuine product sales to consumers. Acquiring products merely to qualify for commissions is strictly forbidden.

No Bonus Manipulation

All forms of bonus manipulation are strictly prohibited. This includes false enrollments, unauthorized purchases, and any tactics to unfairly advance in rankings or earn bonuses not based on genuine end-user sales.

Returned Product Policy

The Vault does not offer refunds for any payments. However, in instances of customer chargebacks, a refund will be provided. Due to the digital nature of our offerings and the immediate benefits they provide, the decision to not offer refunds ensures the value and integrity of our services.

If products or services result in a chargeback, commissions or bonuses associated with that sale must be returned to The Vault. By endorsing this Agreement, all Affiliates acknowledge and consent to this policy.

Payment Schedule

Commissions are disbursed weekly for sales finalized. The minimum payout is $20. Earnings below $20 will accumulate to the next week until reaching the threshold.

Promotional Materials Usage

Affiliates should utilize the promotional materials provided by The Vault. Self-created sales aids or promotional content must be approved by The Vault before use. This helps avoid unintentional regulatory violations. Unauthorized third-party sites or personal websites promoting The Vault are not permitted.

Confidentiality Agreement

You acknowledge that data curated by The Vault, such as our customer database, is proprietary and confidential. During your agreement term, we grant you a limited right to use this information solely for promoting your The Vault business. Unauthorized use or disclosure may result in significant harm to The Vault, warranting injunctive relief or damages.

Non-Solicitation Clause

For the duration of your affiliation and one year post-resignation or termination, you may not recruit or solicit The Vault Affiliates or customers to join or buy from competing ventures.

Feedback Policy

We appreciate constructive feedback. But, disparaging remarks that could dampen the morale of other Affiliates or tarnish The Vault’s image are considered violations of our policies.

Intellectual Property Respect

Only authorized uses of The Vault's trademarks and copyrights are allowed. All provided promotional materials must be used unaltered. Unauthorized changes can only be made with written permission.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

Your Agreement with The Vault is governed by Wyoming state laws.

Agreement Digital Acceptance

A digitally emailed Agreement holds the same weight as a physical copy.

Dispute Handling

All disagreements will be settled through arbitration in Wyoming, following the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Indemnification Clause

Affiliates are accountable for their statements regarding The Vault products and services. They must indemnify The Vault against liabilities from unauthorized claims or actions.

Additional Provisions

If any part of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the rest remains intact. This Agreement represents the complete understanding between the Affiliate and The Vault, overriding any previous arrangements.
