Account Status

Be aware that we can revoke your access to members-only sections under certain circumstances.


Billing Disputes & Chargebacks:

If there's a charge back on your account, your services will be immediately suspended and you'll be subject to a lifetime ban.

As a valued The Vault student, we're committed to resolving any billing concerns you may have. We kindly request that you give us 30 days to address and settle any billing issues before you bring the matter up with third-party financial institutions like credit/debit card companies or banks.

If we receive a chargeback claim from a third-party financial institution on your behalf before being given the opportunity to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to bill you for our time spent addressing the matter. This will include any associated costs we've incurred, along with a specific chargeback fee.

Even if a chargeback is ultimately ruled in your favor, The Vault still holds the right to collect any outstanding fees for the services you've accessed.

Additionally, The Vault reserves the option to escalate any unsettled amounts to a collection agency for resolution.
