Compliance: While utilizing The Vault and our Services, it's essential to adhere to all the terms and conditions set out in the Affiliate Agreement, the applicable agreements www.thevault.gg/affiliate, and all relevant laws, regulations, and rules.

Intellectual Property Rights: The Vault retains ownership or licensing rights over all intellectual property and other rights, titles, and interests related to The Vault, our Services, and materials accessible on our platform. Under the Affiliate Agreement or otherwise, you are not granted any rights, title, or interests therein unless explicitly specified. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property on social media or websites is prohibited.

Identity Misrepresentation: Do not present yourself as The Vault or any associated names. Avoid using the company name, The Vault, in social media usernames, URLs, or website names.

Advertising Integrity: Ensure that any communication, advertising, or marketing associated with The Vault or our services is accurate. False or fraudulent claims are not allowed. Never claim that any person, government, or entity endorses The Vault. The use of third-party intellectual property in advertising The Vault is also prohibited.

Income Claims: Do not make direct income claims related to The Vault in your content or advertising. When discussing the potential income of your digital marketing endeavors, always provide context, and make sure it's genuine and transparent.

Single Membership Account: One membership account per user is allowed. Purchasing or creating accounts for others, under false or deceptive pretenses, to earn commissions or any other compensation is strictly prohibited.

Community Respect: Engage with the The Vault community responsibly. Maintain a positive and respectful demeanor by avoiding:

- Disparaging remarks about any company or individual.
- Impersonating staff, professionals, or users.
- Sharing or posting prohibited content.
- Soliciting sensitive information from users.
- Engaging in racial, obscene, or offensive discussions.
- Harassing, threatening, or causing distress to anyone.
- Sharing content without legal rights.
- Misleading statements or violating any laws.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to The Vault if you breach any terms. Decisions about suspensions and terminations are at our sole discretion.


Affiliate Best Practices for The Vault:

Dos:

- Always disclose your affiliate relationship.
- Offer genuine, firsthand testimonials.
- Promote using provided “Affiliate Resources”.
- Engage with other members in the The Vault community.
- Communicate with leads using your name or unique business identifier.

Don'ts:

- Misrepresent income potentials.
- Use copyrighted content without permission.
- Spam leads or push aggressive marketing.
- Pretend to be The Vault or associated names.
- Share misleading or false information.

Remember, maintaining integrity and authenticity in your affiliations reflects well on both you and The Vault.
